Hello everyone! It’s Zarek here, the Lead Designer, I apologize for this update coming late. I wanted to make sure that we let you know that we have delayed the delivery of Playtest Packet #1, along with all of the additional documents and resources, until tomorrow, Wednesday June 4th. Our Q&A stream has also been moved to Wednesday June 4th at 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

It may only be a delay of 2 days, but to us, missing a schedule milestone like that is a big deal and we don’t want to miss those. We hope you understand as we don’t want to rush and make mistakes, so we needed the extra few days to get everything ready properly. 

I plan to make an adjustment to our personal schedules accordingly for the future packets and updates so that this does not happen again.

Today, as of this update being sent, we have now officially sent out all surveys! Every Backer should receive them shortly. We suggest that you fill out your survey sooner than later so that it doesn’t get lost in your email, or get forgotten! 

If your survey doesn’t get filled out by the deadline, then you won’t be able to get your physical rewards. 

We will lock orders and charge cards about a week before the final digital rewards are all complete and sent out on June 1st, 2026!

Please be aware that if you have friends that play in some game sessions with you and they want to support the project and get playtest access:

Since we can’t charge cards immediately, we can’t give out that reward, it wouldn’t be fair to our Backers who had to pay for playtest access either. 

But we are working on an option that will allow new folks that missed the Backerkit campaign to get playtest access! Once we lock that in and get things set up, we will send out an update to inform everyone how that works!

We have scheduled the first post-campaign Q&A for Monday, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time! The first Playtest Packet, along with the Comic Editor's Playtest Packet, the updated Character Sheets, and Primer 2.2 will all be sent out to Backers earlier in the day on Monday, so you will have your chance to check out the content and then hop in and ask us any questions you might have about it!

Description: Ageless, timeless, and deeply unnerving, Old Man Entropy is a figure of mixed hope and fear. Beneath his suit, he is a cosmic swirl, his lopsided face appears like a pair of black holes colliding. The suit he wears resembles a slimmed-down version of an Apollo-era space suit, with white and gold components, and a golden cape. His powers manifest as a dark frost, a technique learned from his observation of the Singraad. He draws on the draining, dark, despairing winter to strike his foes. Then, from that dark winter, he forges an inspiring new spring.

We just wanted to let you know that we will get the rest of the surveys out soon! We are just waiting to get the rest of our Smoke Test responses in so we can confirm that there are no issues with the surveys.

We just got the go ahead from Backerkit to send out our Smoke Test for the Backerkit Surveys! This means that 5% of each Backers from each Pledge Level will receive their surveys so that we can test things out and make sure there are no major issues before everyone's survey gets sent!

We will be looking to send the full survey out to everyone in the next few days, after our Smoke Test folks get and fill out their surveys, and let us know if any issues exist!

It's a short and quick update today, so that is all for now, we will be sending out an update next Monday with the release of Primer version 2.2, as well as Playtest Packet #1 and the updated Character Sheets to match with everything needed for Level 6 to 10 Supers!

We just got our Backerkit Pre-Order Store set up, and as of this update it is now open for those of you that missed the campaign, or weren't able to pledge while it was live! This is a super exciting step as it means we can continue to grow the community, and keep working towards our Stretch Goal of $25,000 for the Official Indominant Soundtrack!

Make sure to check out the Pre-Order Store and tell your friends, as once we lock orders before we go to manufacturing, all of the limited edition items (Indominant d20 & Collector's Edition SIC) will no longer be available until our next crowdfunding campaign!

We are getting ready to send out the surveys, and as a part of that process we are performing a smoke test. A smoke test means that 5% of Backers in each Pledge Level/Tier will get their surveys. We please ask that you fill that survey out as soon as possible so we can make sure that there are no issues with the survey, that way we can make sure everyone has the best experience!

After the smoke test is complete we will send out the rest of the surveys! This should take a few days to complete. You can always go back and edit your survey until we lock in orders closer to when we complete the book. We highly recommend that you fill out your survey as soon as you can. In our research and discussions with other Backerkit creators one of the only reasons backers don't receive their pledge items is that they didn't complete their survey and make sure that any remaining payments (like shipping, or extra add-ons) go through.

We just wanted to update you on the status of the first Playtest Packet! We are just going through the final pass on the Level 6 to 10 content, and getting our Comic Editor Packet set up. We are looking to be right on track with getting Playtest Packet #1 in your hands on June 2nd like we planned in our Development Roadmap!

Don't forget, the voting period for the Character Concept Challenge is open until May 30th at 12:00 midnight (Pacific Time)! We have gotten a good amount of votes but we want to keep the vote going strong!
